Returns and Refunds
If you are not totally satisfied with your item you can return it to us provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. We offer a money back guarantee on all items apart from earrings (unless faulty).
Under the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to return something within 30 days and get all of your money back if it's faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
To return any items, please send an email within 14 days of delivery to email@example.com stating your name, order number and the reason for the return. Any item returned, must be delivered complete to us including all packaging and paperwork you will get a further 14 days to return the goods.
We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service to return any goods to ensure they are insured as we cannot take any responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.
All returns (not faulty) should be in an unused condition in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed back on to the same card used to place the original order, within 7 days of receipt of returned item. Postage on returns is non-refundable, except if the product is faulty.
